The Beanie Baby House is a beautiful little cottage. It is situated just off Maddox Blvd, the road to Assateague Island and the beach.  It is very convenient to and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, jewelry shops, and much more. There is off street parking at the house for two vehicles and the back yard is fenced.
The 1 bedroom/1 bath cottage is air conditioned and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. The living room has a double size hide-a-bed sofa, lounge chair, combo TV/VCR/Radio, and phone. Other items included are dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own (2Dbl) sheets, pillowcases, and towels/washcloths, etc. 
There is limited cleaning service provided; therefore, we ask you to please leave the house in a  clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.
 
 
  PLEASE NOTE: 
  • 1. The MAX OCCUPANCY of four persons (1 Qn, 1 Dbl) for the house must not be exceeded.
  • Pets are allowed in the house but remember that they are not allowed at the Wildlife Refuge or the beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m.
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
